Intellectual Property Owned by Natural Citrus Products Corporation (Trademark Licensor)
Trademark (CitraFiber) - filed April 21, 2014 Registration #4666315 - Natural Citrus Products Corporation. Filed by Edward W. Sample
Edward Sample is the inventor of the applicable intellectual property noted above and is the creator of certain trademarks and technical aspects of the business in conjunction with his business partners and key investors, Phil Sadler, who currently serves as the Managing Member of Alarma Patents and the late Dr. David Sadler.
Over the years, a variety of companies were founded and organized by Mr. Sample to serve as “operating” companies to transfer the intellectual property into profitable revenue. Mr. Sample did not serve in an operating role in those various companies but, instead, served in an advisor and/or board capacity while others assumed key operating roles.
After his assignment of all intellectual property and operating responsibilities to Citrus Extracts,LLC in May of 2020, Mr. Sample developed a separate non-associated technology business and effectively focused his activities in that pursuit.
In November 1, 2025,Mr. Sample reacquired the rights to CitraFiber®, including all Intellectual Property.from Alarma Patents,LLC and all the current inventory of CitraFiber® from Citrus Extracts LLC after which Citrus Extracts LLC surrendered its License to manufacture or sell CitraFiber products..
Based on his knowledge that the CitraFiber® product and the CitraFiber® brand both have enormous potential, Mr. Sample elected to secure the IP License from Alarma Patents, LLC so that he could personally develop a plan to sell CitraFiber® through a distributor (major U.S.Ingredient Company) and develop/scale up the CitraFiber® brand.
Moving quickly, Mr. Sample was able to generate substantial revenue in just six months and has secured significant purchase orders for future sales. Our current distributor is on track to sell $750,000 of CitraFiber® in 2026 and $1.4m of CitraFiber® in 2027.These sales are directed to the food ingredient space, but there are substantial opportunities in areas that Mr. Sample has explored in the past, such as; nutraceuticals, pet food, animal products (such as kitty litter and pet bedding), industrial products and more.
